He is a member of the Milan Bar since 1999.

 

He trained in the international law firm Failla & Rossi in Milan, gaining experience in international law, and later in the law firm of lawyer Alfredo Frangini, specialized in banking, finance and factoring law.

 

He has gained extensive experience in commercial law, contract and litigation, corporate, banking and international law, assisting clients in different types of disputes, from the pre-litigation stage to the settlement of the court case. He assists companies in the drafting of commercial (buying and selling, distribution, resale, administration, etc.) and agency contracts, as well as in debt collection (from pre-litigation to litigation and bankruptcy phases).  

 

He also has extensive experience in drafting business documents, and contracts in commercial law, as well as in debt recovery (from the pre-litigation stage to the enforcement and bankruptcy stages).

 

He also assists entrepreneurs in disputes with customers and suppliers.
