As a member of the Milan Bar since more than 30 years, he has gained profound experience in all areas of intellectual property - patents, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, copyright and unfair competition - and assists clients from a wide range of technological sectors, from pharmaceuticals to electronics, mechanics, food, fashion, art and design.
In the IP field, he manages and coordinates proceedings and contracts of pan-European and transnational scope in all areas of intellectual property.
He also assists many Italian and foreign companies in the above sectors on a daily basis in matters relating to the infringement of their patents, trademarks, unfair competition and copyright and in the management and defense of their patent, trademark and design portfolios.
He has participated as a speaker in several seminars and conferences.
He is also specialized in M&A and corporate law, with extensive and consolidated experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies on extraordinary transactions and corporate and commercial issues.
In the course of his professional career, he has been involved in many business acquisitions and disposals, carrying out with the help of his associates the entire chain of the legal side of such transactions alongside the appointed financial advisors.
