She is a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1995. In the same year, she received her doctorate (PhD) in Philosophy of Law.

​

 

She holds the position of President of the Board of Guarantors of the City of Milan.

​

 

She has specific expertise in commercial and corporate matters, assisting clients in different types of disputes, from the pre-litigation stage to the settlement of the court case. She assists companies in the drafting of commercial (buying and selling, distribution, resale, administration, etc.) and agency contracts, as well as in debt recovery (from the pre-litigation phase to the litigation and bankruptcy phases).  

 

She has gained extensive experience in the management of labor relations, layoffs, corporate reorganizations, managerial, partnership and agency relations, assisting clients in both the judicial and extrajudicial phases.

 

She has significant experience in the field of separations and divorces as well as asset management, inheritance matters, and agricultural law.

​

 

She is a statutory auditor of companies active in forging and processing of stainless steels, carbon steels, alloys, super alloys.

 

She is a member of the Promoting Committee of the Giorgio Ambrosoli Award for Integrity, Responsibility and Professionalism, which is held under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic. 

​

In 2019, she founded IUSINTECH, a team of female professionals with specializations in the fields of new technology law.

​

 

She is a member of the Innovation Commission of the Milan Bar Association Council. 

​

She collaborates with the Interdepartmental Research Center ECLT European Centre for Law, Science and new Technologies, directed by Dr. Prof. Amedeo Santosuosso, in the field of the relationship between law, science and new technologies.

 

She has been an assistant professor of Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan for over ten years.
